Information we collect

GoldenStar collects only the information you choose to provide through our contact and care-inquiry forms, such as your name, contact details, general service interests, broad scheduling needs, county, relationship to the person seeking support, and general notes.

Please do not send medical records

Our public forms are not designed to collect diagnoses, detailed health histories, insurance documents, identification documents, or other sensitive medical information. We do not accept public file uploads.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to your request and discuss potential services. Production inquiries are delivered to GoldenStar by email. Rate-limit records contain only short-lived, hashed connection identifiers and do not store inquiry content.

Service providers

When configured, the website uses Resend for email delivery, Upstash Redis for abuse prevention, and Vercel for hosting. Each provider processes limited information necessary to operate its service.
